Dressing Rooms

 

Purchaser agrees to supply a clean, comfortable heated, AC, well-lit, lockable dressing room(s) suitable for 8 people for the exclusive use of Bobby & The Jets, throughout the day from the time of arrival until departure.  Dressing room(s) should contain washing and toilet facilities, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels and at least one electrical outlet.  Artist or representative shall hold the keys from time of load-in until the time of departure.  The stage should be accessible from the backstage area without having to pass through the audience area.  The dressing room is to be set up one hour before sound check and must contain the following:

 

á      WIFI – INTERNET CONNECTION A MUST

á      24 bottles of water

á      12 cans of Coca-Cola

á      12 cans of Sprite

á      12 pints of Gatorade

á      Cranberry juice

á      8 Chairs

á      2 tables

á      2 large receptacles

á      Plenty of ice

á      Assorted hot teas, lemon and honey

á      Hot water or Microwave

á      Large pot of coffee, milk and sugars

á      One assorted cold cuts tray

á      One assorted cheeses tray

á      One assorted vegetable tray

á      One assorted fruit tray

á      One assorted bowl of chocolate

á      Candy bars

á      Potato Chips, pretzels etc..

á      Ketchup, mustard

á      8 towels

 

Showers must be made available to all members of touring party upon arrival.  Fresh towels and soap must also be provided.

 

Stage

 

á    IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE OF THE GRAND PIANO THIS ACT TRAVELS WITH!  

 

á    If not provided by the purchaser, the band will bring their own 9-foot concert grand piano.  

 

á    Refer to Stage Plot for Grand Piano dimensions.

 

á      Purchaser agrees to provide a secure stage with minimum dimensions of 25 feet by 20 feet by 4 feet, with a minimum 20 feet of headroom/clearance from the lowest light instrument.

 

á      Purchaser agrees to provide one (1) carpeted drum riser with dimensions of 8 feet by 8 feet by 1 1/2 feet.

 

á      Purchaser agrees to provide two (2) carpeted Keyboard and Bass risers with dimensions of 4 feet by 8 feet by 1 foot

 

á      Purchaser agrees to provide a solid, safe and professionally built freestanding barricade to be placed in front of the stage and sound wings. Purchaser further agrees that such barricade and front stage area will be staffed by experienced personnel who will ensure that no persons in the audience can gain access to the stage or in any other way hinder ArtistÕs performance.

 

á     Purchaser agrees to supply rigging requirements as advanced by ArtistÕs tour manager.

 

á     Five (5) towels and a dozen (12) bottles of water on stage before sound check and again before show time.

 

Power

 

á      Purchaser agrees to provide one (1) 200 amp 3 phase disconnect for sound.

 

á      Lower disconnects must be independent of each other and located 50 feet of the stage.

 

PA System

 

á      Three-way or four-way stereo sound system with crossovers. Martin, Meyer, EAW and JBL preferred.

 

á      Must be capable of providing 120.dB of clear, undistorted sound at mix position.

 

á      The power ratio should be 20 watts per person for capacity of venue.

 

á      Power amps preferred: Crown or QSC.

 

á      Must have separate front of house and monitor consoles and setups with two House (2) engineers.
